| Jefferson Realty is a small customer service-oriented real estate agency. Its broker and sales personnel represent either buyers or sellers. It provides weekday and weekend services to those who are interested in buying or selling real estate.
Jefferson Realty handles the sales of historic homes and buildings in Jefferson and the sales of residential and commercial property, rural timberland, and ranches in Jefferson, the Caddo Lake area and the Lake of the Pines area. Jefferson, Caddo Lake, and Lake of the Pines are located in the lush Cypress Valley of Northeast Texas.
For those who are new to Jefferson and the Cypress Valley, we also provide concierge services to help make your visit to Jefferson informative and enjoyable. Laurel DeWare, Broker

Laurel is a native of Dallas, Texas. Like most of other Jeffersonians, she has adopted Jefferson and its lifestyle. She is a graduate of the Hockaday School in Dallas and Duke University. She received her Masters in Business Administration from SMU. She has been a real estate broker for over 25 years. She is involved in many community activities in her church, school and in the historic preservation of Jefferson.

Keats Mullikin, Agent

Keats, a lifelong resident of Harrison County, Texas, has been in real estate sales and property management for twenty years. He attended Texas A&M University where he majored in forestry. He is a consultant in forestry and wildlife conservation, as well as an outdoors writer. He has also preformed field and office work as a property reappraiser for the Marion County Appraisal District.

Tim Rogers, Agent

A fifth generation Texan, Tim is a graduate of Longview High School and Texas State Technical College of Waco. He spent twenty-five years with Texas Eastman as a laboratory supervisor. He is married to Paula Rogers, who is an educator, and they have a son, Ryan Rogers. Tim and his family enjoy outdoor sports and are Jefferson enthusiasts. They are also strong supporters of Caddo Lake with a long standing membership in the Dallas Caddo Club.

Duke DeWare, Attorney

Jesse M. DeWare IV is also known as Duke DeWare. A fifth generation resident of Jefferson, Duke specializes in real estate and commercial law. His wife, Laurel, is a real estate broker and they sell real estate in Jefferson and the Caddo Lake area of East Texas. Duke has been involved in restoration of historic structures, environmental conservation and innovative education projects.
He is the President of The Jeffersonian Institute, which has focused on environmental education for adults and students with an emphasis on green building, design, construction and retrofitting and the protection on Caddo Lake and the Cypress Valley Watershed.
